Technical Support is available during software evaluation periods and subsequent maintenance periods. Support issues should be documented in an email to support@smis.net. Telephone support is not guaranteed to be available on demand, however we endeavor to respond to support requests and messages within 24 hours of receipt.

Before requesting support please ensure you have read the necessary documentation relating to the product you are using. If you are evaluating a product the downloaded files all include a "Start_up" document in PDF format (see also below). Please consult this document to double check that installation has been performed correctly.

Note that if you are not running the latest release of the software, you may be asked to update to the latest release before further investigation can take place.
